Investigation: Leak of abortion-related order intentional, source unknown
Last year’s leak to the media of a draft order showing the Wisconsin Supreme Court would take up a lawsuit seeking to declare the state’s constitution protects abortion access was “likely deliberate,” according to an investigation released Wednesday.
