Harris, in Milwaukee, pledges to sign law on abortion access
Vice President Kamala Harris — who has the backing of enough delegates to become the presumptive nominee of the Democratic Party — said Tuesday in Milwaukee she would sign into law a bill protecting access to abortion if elected to the White House.
