Local Clinic awarded State Association SILVER Standards of Excellence Seal           
Seal awarded for promoting best practice & maximizing access to quality health care to InHealth Community Wellness Clinic (Boscobel). Celebration and informational event at the clinic Wednesday, Feb. 7th, 2018 from 11am -2pm.

Boscobel, WI, January 12, 2018 – Come celebrate InHealth Community Wellness Clinic’s (IHCWC) achievement of the Wisconsin Association of Free & Charitable Clinic’s (WAFCC) Silver Standards of Excellence on Wednesday, February 7th, 2018 from 11:00am to 2:00 p.m.There are 91 free and charitable clinics (FCC) in Wisconsin. IHCWC is the first and only FCC to achieve the 2017 WAFCC Silver Seal of Excellence. Seal of Excellence recipients have demonstrated a commitment to promoting best practices and maximizing access to quality healthcare for the most vulnerable.IHCWC is a rural free clinic located in Boscobel, WI. IHCWC was founded in 2008 and provides primary health care for the uninsured of Grant and Crawford Counties. IHCWC, located at 109 E. Bluff Street, Boscobel, sees patients on a walk-in basis on the:

  • 1st & 3rd Mondays from 4:30pm – 8:00pm,
  • 2nd & 4th Monday 1:00pm – 4:00pm, and
  • 1st & 3rd Saturdays 8:30am – Noon.
The IHCWC Standards Team will be available to ask questions about their process and documentation for achieving the Seal.
The celebration is a great opportunity for the community to tour the clinic and learn about the free health care services offered. Community health providers are encouraged to attend an learn about InHealth’s volunteer opportunities and stregnthen referral process to this local safety net clinic. We hope to see you on Feb. 7th!
