WMC questions local COVID-19 orders, while officials say they have the authority
The state’s largest business association sent letters last week to two counties warning them that actions they’ve taken or are considering to take to fight the spread of COVID-19 wouldn’t stand up to legal scrutiny. Local officials say they have the authority for their moves against the virus.
