Kwik Trip’s Bryan Trainor and Wesley Windows’ Frances Salinas elected to The Alliance Board of Directors

MADISON, WI. – In October, the employer-members of The Alliance elected two new board members from key geographic areas where the healthcare cooperative is growing.
The new board members are:
  • Bryan Trainor, Principal of Benefits, Kwik Trip
  • Frances Salinas, President & CEO, Wesley Windows
Kwik Trip, based in La Crosse, is located in an area where the cooperative has focused on expanding healthcare access over the past year. Additionally, The Alliance is actively broadening its network of healthcare providers in Northern Illinois, including Rockford, where Wesley Willows is based.
“The Alliance has increased its footprint in Western Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. Adding these two very qualified new board members from those regions will help us better meet the needs of our employer-members in those areas and continue to expand,” said The Alliance President and CEO Curt Kubiak.
The Alliance announced its full Board of Directors at the cooperative’s Annual Meeting on Oct. 22. The election was conducted electronically prior to the meeting.
As a cooperative, The Alliance Board of Directors is elected by and made up of its employer-members. Board members come from a variety of industries and geographic areas, ensuring effective representation for all employer-members.
The following candidates were re-elected to the Board:
  • Jim Beier, Chief Financial Officer, Fall River Group
  • Jake Nolin, Vice President of Human Resources, Rice Lake Weighing Systems
Continuing Board Members include:
  • Diana Clark, Board Chair, Senior Benefits Manager, Promega Corporation
  • Moira Klos, Chief People Officer, WPS Health Solutions
  • Dan Ludwig, Vice Chair, Director of Benefits and Safety, Brakebush Brothers, Inc.
  • Brad Olm, Vice President of Shared Services, Gordon Flesch Company, Inc.
  • Pam Peterson, Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer, UW Credit Union
  • Kyle Reading, President, Spuncast, Inc.
  • Mike Tomsyck, Vice President, Finance and Fleet Operations, Kolbe & Kolbe Millwork Co., Inc.
