Senate sends GOP COVID-19 spending bills, public health limitations to Evers

The Senate sent bills to Gov. Tony Evers Wednesday that would direct him on how to spend billions in federal COVID-19 relief funds and bar health officials from using their emergency powers to require COVID-19 vaccinations and shut down gatherings at places of worship.
