Report: Giving states authority over ACA consumer protections could affect Wisconsinites in self-insured plans

Giving states more regulatory authority over some of the consumer protections under the federal health reform law could cause 2.1 million Wisconsinites enrolled in self-insured plans to lose those protections, according to an analysis released Monday from a progressive think tank.
