Meningitis vaccine requirement takes effect after suspension expires 

The Department of Health Services is moving again to implement a meningitis vaccine requirement for students entering the seventh grade, after a suspension placed on it by Republican lawmakers expired. Students also need a booster dose when they enter 12th grade.
