March 21 – State of Mental Health in Wisconsin

Gov. Tony Evers has declared 2023 the year of mental health, saying Wisconsin is facing a “quiet, burgeoning crisis.”

A recent report shows more than a third of students in the state feel sad or hopeless everyday, a 10-percent increase over the past decade.

A virtual Wisconsin Health News event will analyze the reasons behind rising mental health needs and what can be done to address them.
