Fed spending on PPACA outreach in Wisconsin lowest in nation

The federal government is spending about 46 cents per Wisconsin resident to promote the federal health reform law, well below the national average of $2.37. No other state, per capita, is receiving less. (ASSOCIATED PRESS, 7/25)
