OCI: One-fifth of exchange enrollees have not paid first month premiums
Nearly 20 percent of Wisconsinites who signed up on the state's federally facilitated health insurance exchange for coverage starting Jan. 1 and Feb. 1 did not pay their first month's premium, according to Deputy Commissioner of Insurance Dan Schwartzer. Schwartzer said other states are experiencing a similar rate, based on conversations he's had with other insurance commissioners. (WHN, 3/19)
