Bill would create penalty for intoxicated cosleeping

The Senate Committee on Health and Human Services will hold a hearing today on a bill that would require doctors to provide materials on safe sleep to pregnant women and make it a felony to harm or kill an infant by intoxicated cosleeping. (WHN, 4/1)
