Pharmacy board opposes attempts to repeal minimum markup law
The Wisconsin Pharmacy Examining Board opposes any attempt to repeal state law that bans the sale of products below cost, including over-the-counter medications and prescriptions, according to a letter sent to lawmakers May 8.
