2015 rate changes mixed for exchange insurers

Rate changes are across the board for insurers participating in the state's federally facilitated health insurance exchange next year . Dean Health Plan expects to raise rates by an average of 13 percent in 2015 for individual plans compliant with the federal health reform law. Compcare Health Services Insurance Corporation and Security Health Plan are increasing rates 9 percent. (WHN, 9/24)
